  • @Cidean I thought wyverns were all snakes like as well =(

  • @Platinumcoated

That's fine. I happen to love dragons and all their cousins. I hope you have a good day and an even better year.

  • @Cidean ah...i thought you said dragon in the picture should have four legs, my mistake

...great, now i know the difference between a wyvern and a dragon

  • @Platinumcoated

Depending on the person. If one takes a look at the mythological side, a dragon has four limbs and wings. The wyvern, on the other hand, is what you described. The wyvern is also a cousin to the dragon. It also comes from Norse mythology, if I recall it correctly, by the Goddess Hel (the Lady of the Underworld). Something interested I learned in my mythology class last year.

  • @Cidean there are many dragons with two legs. It's a fictional monster, but form the biological view they should rather have two legs, because their wings are in fact their hands, or front legs and every vertebrate has only four limbs

  • Oddly enough...everyone mistakes a wyvern for a dragon. XD

I find it rather humorous - dragons have four legs, not two. LOL - oh well, to each his own, yes?

  • What's the name of the artist that painted this?

  • i heard this on so you think you can dance

  • Can I have a go on the dragon after you? ^^ Please?

  • erm.. enough stabs in this piece? I counted 28 times, and thats not including the triplet ramps of which there was 2 or 3 direct repeats. I mean I'm all for the epic stabs, but some diff notes would be nice haha
