The really creepy Virgin Prunes song

I got the CD Sons Find Devils, and this song is listed in the track listing as Pagan Love Song. It's is most definitely NOT Pagan Love Song. Anyone who knows what it really is called, please, let me know, and I shall be grateful.

So far it seems to be decided it was from a New Form of Beauty, I only ever had half of the set, which was unfortunately stolen from me.

It's a tape loop of some kid singing something in a slurred voice that sounds like "Ah, ah ah, chocolated, I fer break head, fer my head, fer my head, my family had, my family, ah, ah, ah." No, it doesn't make sense to me either.
