APNGIF supports local organisations in PNG to participate in and contribute to PNG national development. APNGIF has contributed significantly to poverty reduction in communities by enabling PNG based organisations to implement activities in key sectors including agriculture, water, education, health and rural infrastructure. Ares of focus include village and community health and hygiene, increase in child immunisation, hospital wards, clinics, teacher houses, classrooms, university facilities, computer laboratories, markets, roads and bridges.
