Hosted by Leonard Nimoy and broadcast weekly from 1976 to 1982, In Search Of... is the greatest mystery documentary show ever. I grew up watching this show, enjoying the spine-tingling presentation of quasi-fact and dramatic synthesizer-heavy music of Rinder and Lewis.

I am not selling this material, neither am I interested in buying bootlegs. It is currently commercially unavailable, so I am joining with others to make evaluation of this excellent series possible.

Two of the most important artistic symbols that we find are the good shepherd and the orans or the standing figure in the position of prayer that we see so prominently in the catacombs.

by the way, at the end, it refers to jfk's assassination...obviously he was shot twice, once from one side, and a more violent shot from the other...most likely because he was acting against the evil plans of those that control government

romans were horrible.. i wouldv prefered living far away from their glorious civilation.. at least in those days, it was possible to live in the wilderness.. now days, its very hard to find a foot of earth that a government doesnt control

Tied to a stake is different then being crucified. A crucifixion is worse as the arms are stretched out and the weight of the body pulls on the lungs and causes the person to more or less suffocate. The nails, usually through the wrist, were just used to help keep the person there. A mercy would be to break one or two appendages so the body sinks lower and the lungs lose air faster causing a faster death.

i dont understand the crosses i mean why waste extra wood instead of just pinning people to the stake? like the way it actually was? not only that but if we were created by god and jesus is the son of god then he is like a older brother and if your older brother died in a car crash would u wear the car around ur neck? -,o no im not athiest im just not part of the scams that go around with a hat and forcing people to pay money into it or say its a church but really its a drughouse

They desperatly want to link christianity to pompeii  and try ever so hard but remember this show must be from the seventys and people back then were so brain washed now we know the world's elite controls the media, education, enterteiment,health, politics, even wars
