I can dress my Weim up and make him do some of this and he actually doesn't mind just so he gets a li'l treat. He likes the attention, and will remain stock still for a long time. But I can't do the thing with the dog heads and human arms! I'll leave that to Wegman.
Thank you so much for your work with weims. You are the best. I am a long time admirer and am fortunate enough to live with the a weim named "Max" - he too loves the camera and loves to look right into the lens on command as if he were human. I have been shooting pictures of him for almost a yr now - he was rescued from a kill shelter, kept in foster care in Vegas until he arrived here in Los Gatos, CA the first week in April last year...if you're looking for any new talent look us up...
I just love him, his Weimaraners...everything he does has such a style, even the music chosen for the documentaries and videos is great...such a fine and versatile artist!!
I've owned weimaraners since 1973 and they're the BEST dogs, each with their own whacky personality. The Wegman photographs and books have enabled Weimaraners to be known internationally. William, you have been able to display their patience, flexibility and their malleability. Thankyou for your creativity and wonderful images of these beautiful dogs.
