America have some great heavy/power metal bands like Iced Earth, Nevermore, Kamelot and Symphony X! But Swedish metal is the best =P

I was just referring to the comment someone made earlier about swedish ppl not knowing anything about metal. I know that there are some good American metal bands, but ppl need to realize that they need to research things before they post dumb*** comments!

@c7oud1 I'm American, and I can say we have some shitty bands. But, not everything is shitty and has no meaning.

My favorite American bands are

1. Kamelot (power metal, pretty well known) 2. Immanifest (Symphonic black metal, not known at all sadly) 3. Agalloch (post rock, earlier black metal)

We do have some gems, but corporate America influences our people to where they can't even think for themselves these days it seems. Just have to dig really, they are kept underground forever though.

I love it when rtards dont know anything! Sweden pioneered melodic death metal! Just listen to At the gates, Amon Amarth, Dark Tranquility, Arch Enemy, Opeth,Meshugga, Hypocrisy, Bloodbath, Impaled, Demilich or Grave and JUST TRY TO SAY THEIR METAL IS PU**Y! THEY CAN JUST GO ****OFF TO THEIR LINKIN PARK, DISTURBED AND JUSTIN BEIBER FOR ALL I CARE SINCE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW A DAMN THING ABOUT METAL!!!!!!
