We applied TC Black Fusion to the roof panel of a badly faded roof panel of a Chevrolet Avalanche to show the effects of our product. TC Black Fusion was created to address the issues concerning fading, chalky, discolored vehicle exterior trim pieces. Pieces like fender flares, bumper, step bumper, bed liner (scratched, weathered and stained), tonneau cover, RV trim, car carrier, or any exposed faded plastic, vinyl or rubber. TC Black Fusion cures at room temperature in approximately 90 minutes. Great for the restoration of faded plastic, vinyl, polystyrene rubber and polyvinyl chloride. Lasts up to one year and protects against acid rain, sun damage, chalking and detergents. Easy to apply last up to 1 year VOC complaint. Update 12/13/2010 -- TC Black Fusion will not be available with a sprayer top. It will only be available with a flip top for easier dispensing and to avoid the issues with a clogging sprayer. Simply flip the top open and dispense TC Black Fusion onto a clean applicator and apply. Thanks.

  • Is this stuff silicone based. O

  • @Lherrerajr TC Black Fusion is solvent based and can be used near a body shop where painting will occur.

  • The manufacturer has updated the delivery system on the TC Balck Fusion to a flip top because the sprayer will become clogged after use. To prolong the sprayer, we flip the bottle upside down and pump it a few times to clear the product from the sprayer, similar to that of a paint spray can. If you want, please text me your address info and I can send you a new sprayer or a flip top @ 513-290-9662. The sprayer idea was a good one, but has proven to be an issue after its intial use.

  • Great Product. Only problem that I have had with it is that the sprayer become clogged after using it for coating a single trim panel. Is there a way to open the sprayer again.
