Metal Gear Solid Main Theme (Big Beat Mix Shut Up) on Shadow Moses Island Remade

Another remake of one of my SSBB Lost Tracks videos. This is a techno remix of the main theme from the original Meta Gear Solid. This song fits, But I think the reason this song didn't get in is because "Konami had legal problems with Russian composers who said [they] stole their music". I wonder If this song would have still been included If It was not discovered that a song by a Classical Russian composer named "The Winter Road", Was similar to the Metal Gear Solid Theme.
