I would just like to comment as my previous comments to this video had been removed by me, but there is still a trace of my comments. At the time I made those comments I was suffering with psychosis (a type of mental illness), and I have fortunately fully recovered, but at the time I found this video I felt that I was under high tech survailance from a government agency, I no longer feel this was the case.

Im from New Zealand. They said that in 2004 they wanted to surveil 150 families per year. .
