I have an 82, and like what you did to yours. can you tell me what type of front end it has now. and the rims/chin scoop, did you ever have a over heating problem?

The front end is from a Kawasaki ZZR1100 C1 [ZX1100 on your side of the pond] and the chin scoop [or belly pan as we call it in the UK] was a universal one that I cut about to fit. Never had any over-heating issues, but then our Summers don't get much above 80 F here lol.
Love your GS, shades of the Katana in that bodywork, very good basis to start from, especially with that emminently tunable engine :-]
