Back pain is often treated by physical therapists with spine stabilization exercises however these exercises must be performed properly to be helpful. The exercise demonstrated here is first performed improperly, then the POSTURE BELT for Back Pain by ActiveOrtho is used for correct technique during training and finally the corrected technique is demonstrated with good spine stability.

To perform the exercise properly and exerciser should stabilize the spine by drawing the abdomen away from the belt while the spine remains in correct posture. The combination of having the stick along the spine and the belt around the abdomen lets an exerciser know if he or she is performing the exercise properly or not. You can use the Posture Belt to treat and prevent your back pain. Make sure to visit us at www.ActiveOrtho.com.
