Hej hvor henne holder i til i landet?

Jeg er en nystartet spydkaster har kastet i halv anden måned med pr på 38,80. JEg træner i KOlding kfum men der er ikkek nogen spyd kaste træner, så ville lige høre hvor i kom fra?

Interesting video. I threw 42 m when I was 15 with the old type 600 g jawelin, but probably with a lousy technique. I did not have any coaches around to teach me the basics. Now I'm in the mid 40ties and wonder about picking up some throwing again just for fun and training. Thanks to videos like these, I might even be able to beat my pb some day. A major problem is to avoid injuries, as the body gets stiffer with age. Thanks for uploading! Lykke til, Lars!

Goes to show you that there is soo much more to the technique in the javelin throw than just picking up a spear and throwing it.
