Here's the truth: blocks are incredibly overrated by fans, analysts and esp. commentators. It's a LOT, a lot harder to dunk on someone than to block someone's dunk.
Here, Brown, way shorter, has the only advantage of momentum while Maxiell is kinda stationary under the rim. All Maxiell has to do in reality (I know, I was a good shot blocker) is stay long enough and just cover the rim with his arm straight. As you can tell, he jumps 5 minutes after Brown, good timing, good strength...
