Premiere of Gancore Gud 2

Joey Boy's new movie, Gancore Gud, premiered last night. I went and it was awesome. This was the first time Joey has written and directed a movie, and he's definitely got a knack for it. In spite of a few first-timer rough edges, the movie was funny, sexy, and scary in equal doses. There were some gross-out moments (it's a zombie movie, after all), and some laugh-out-loud moments ("trying to stare into the eyes of a zombie girl" was my favorite gag). All in all, it was a good first effort and bodes well for Joey's film career. Congrats!

They had the premiere at Siam Paragon. I mooched a free ticket off Joey and hobnobbed with the rest of my friends. Before the movie opened, they had a press conference and a mini-concert. Joey, Gancore, and Buddha Bless performed a few songs.
