in Maryland you don't do inspections at all only when u first get the vehicle then thats it

yes, it will most likely pass if you keep the catalitic converters on, they look like rectangles on the exaust, if you want to buy an exaust,buy something called a cat-back exaust,which allos you to keep the catlitic converters
