  • can you use any size paper

  • @TheShamrizkhan As long as the ratio of the sides (1 by square root of 2) is correct, yes.

  • how many sheet of paper have I need to make that?

  • @T0uchthesea You will need 32 sheets.

  • Hi Sara. Can it be done with paper which has only one side coloured or there would be white parts visible?

And as always this is a very good video, I found your channel this summer and you taught me a lot of great models. Thank you doing this for us.

  • @LPeti1701 Yes, you can use paper that is colored on one side only.

  • wow i hate how all these noobs keep asking if they can use glue. if they cant put these simple units together, then they shouldnt be folding origami!

i thought this was a very good tutorial video and is very clear. her hands arent blocking anything.

  • @lolzwhoami, agreed! I'm a complete noob to origami. I did the snowflake by Dennis Walker. It came out pretty good for my first try. So, because this sounds challenging, I will try the star w/o glue :) . Origami is fun. I didn't think it would be. It's like crochet. But crochet for me is long & tedious because I can't see the design coming together. After watching a few vids, I think I will give that another try. By the way, AdamsSara's videos are very good! Well done, AdamsSara.
