Brazil won't sanction Iran over nukes

Brazil has been an emerging power for quite some time and Brazilian President Lula da Silva has been a regional leader often speaking for all South American countries. Today he refused to support sanctions against Iran during a visit of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
