Minsk machine-tool plant «MZOR» is a large Belarussian manufacturer of metal-working and balancing equipment. Specialists of our enterprise are developers of innovations in machine-tool industry for already 100 years.

Equipment and technologies of UE «MZOR» are successfully used at major enterprises of machine-building, shipbuilding, rail and motor transport, power engineering, aircraft building, space industry, metallurgy, oil and gas industry, agricultural machine-building, and also military-industrial complex.
UE «MZOR» has a diploma for successful fulfillment of the order of European Center of Nuclear Research «CERN» (Switzerland) for precise manufacturing and mounting of units for hadronic calorimeter Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS).
List of manufactured equipment includes:
• horizontal boring machining centers for large scale details machining;
• milling-boring machining centers with movable table or movable portal («Gantry» type) with CNC for complex machining of large-scale basic details, gas turbine engine frames, rail carriages, crosses of railway switches, rails, metalware etc. Table dimensions are from 800 mm up to 5000 mm in width, and up to 20 000 mm in length;
• edge-cutting and edge-milling machines for sheet metal-roll machining for manufacturing of rail cisterns, tanks, oil tankages and pipes;
• balancing machines of different degrees of automatization with microprocessor-based panels for different rotary bodies balancing (for example, rail wheels and wheelpairs, cardan shafts, rotor, power station turbines). Weight of balancing rotary bodies is from 100 grams up to 90 tones;
• special milling machines for machining of internal and external weld reinforcements on pipe ends etc.;
• turning-and-boring machines with CNC;
• technological complexes according to customers technical requirements;
• and other equipment.

Features of the machines make it possible according to technical characteristics during a long operation period. All manufactured equipment is designed by engineering and technological services of UE «MZOR» which is able to solve difficult problems.
Metal-working machines are equipped with digital readout equipment (DRE), computer numerical control (CNC) and electric equipment in different modifications made by such famous manufacturers as SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, HEIDENHAIN, OMRON etc. Machines with CNC could be three-coordinated and five-coordinated.
The enterprise performs orders for manufacturing of housing and basic parts, machining of different details, including details with curvilinear volume shape.
