Break Even (Demeter/Munkustrap)

This one's kinda confusing, so I wrote a story to make it easier to understand xD .. Munkustrap met Demeter patrolling one day and became concerned for her when she mentioned that she was one of Macavity's queens, so he attacks Macavity and lets her escape. She stayed in the junkyard for a while but returned to the warehouse in fear as Macavity threatened to kill Munkustrap if she didn't. So Munkustrap believed that she left because she didn't love him, and becomes all bitter - but Demeter did love him and feels the same turmoil that he does. (The 'Her best days will be some of my worst' Munkustrap believes that Demeter is off with some other tom, but she actually has to work for Macavity, 'she finally met a man who's going to put her first'- that man is Munkustrap, but he believes it's Macavity, and 'I'm wide awake she has no trouble sleeping', she actually does because she's thinking of Straps, but he doesn't know that.) Then Munkustrap sees Demeter, but she runs away, and he realises why she left. So he runs in and saves the day! :)
