In some ways, it's not a bad thing an oligarch is being jailed for theft. Many of them did 'steal'. They bought huge oil and gas resources, sold them and gave nothing back to the Russian people. Russia was almost better of with socialism than capitalism. Hence Putin's actions. Putin wanted to restore Russia as 'her own woman' so to speak. I know Putin may not Mr Clean himself, but I'm glad there's one less oligarch in the world.
