if your caliper is bent it will lock up in 20mins and if your custom steel line is too close to the exsaust pipe it locks ...pitch in line it locks...i raced hangtown that way hell i rode all month that way tell i replaced the rotor last ! and needs some room in the resivor to exspand when hot...i got a flat ! i seen a comment on hot brakes dot 3 4 5 ? dont worry thats how i start my races every time :D good luck !

1: Brake Caliper cooler - $50, Ceramic backed brake pads - $35. No more (mostly) boiled rear brakes...
2: It looks like you made it through ahead of the "last lap, raining, steep uphill CLAY section", where we had around 40-50 bikes piled up for over an HOUR!... Good job on your races!
