海鮮老饕的最愛清蒸鮮魚--玫瑰夫人
位於台北鬧區的玫瑰夫人,就如其名一樣,優雅的綻放。店內擺設走歐式風格,高雅大方。除了外觀,其料理也是受到評審好評。獲獎的「海珍珠芙蓉鮮魚捲」,是採用新鮮深海魚清­蒸,魚捲內包著台東飛魚卵搭配絲瓜做成的醬汁,不加任何調味料,用絲瓜帶出魚的鮮甜,成為清爽無負擔的一道輕食。
