@cantorandopera Everything happens in its own good time in Florence, so from our favorite hangout off the Piazza dei Ciompi around the corner from the synagogue we have enjoyed watching the progress each time we return :-)

Wonderful, wonderful presentation.... and your voice!
Thank you, Rowna!

It was very interesting see all those synagogues. Your singing made it even more enjoyable.

Thank you my friend Rowna for these stunning and oh so meaningful photos. These representing a people and a culture that will never perish.

Beautiful, Rowna and thank you for the inclusion of all those who made the performance such a special one. I was especially happy to see the great synagogue of Florence in the Santa Croce neighborhood; it has recently had restoration work and looks magnificent.

@sospello I was in Florence last time about 8 years ago and it was surrounded by scaffolding, - you couldn't even enter through the main doors. The renovation looks fantastic. thanks for your special note on that :)) Rowna

I too marvel at the many wonderful buildings in these photographs - if only you had included the great Reform Jewish synagogue in Paris where Suzanne Haik-Vantoura was organist for so many years! It makes me want to do some touring! And this recording seems to be the clearest acoustically I've heard you do yet. Truly, a wonderful production on every level that counts. (שלום מיוחנן רכב)

@teamim Thank you for commenting on the video. There are hundreds of synagogues that I couldn't include - sometimes I found wonderful photos on line, but could not copy and paste them, and some were of such poor quality that they would look like fuzz on the internet. The good news is that I barely touched on the great synagogues of the world - there are countless beautiful ones, and I can revisit this pictoral theme later :)) Rowna

@cantorandopera: I tried to find the synagogue I was thinking of on the Web but remain uncertain of it. I'll have to dig through the letters that Suzanne sent me over the years (there are quite a few of them). Oh well, as you say you certainly have no lack of great photographic material to work with! :)

@teamim I would gladly indcude it in a future video - I really enjoy putting together these on the web as they afford me a little extra artistic opportunity to share an experience. Rowna
