those drills that he did are actually based on speed and agility, and explosive movements, which is awesome for sports that requires most of your mascular system such as sprinting,soccer. The best part about it is that although you may not realise it when you're performing these drills, you are actually using all your energy system aerobic, ATP and lactic or fatigue system at the same time. try just one of these drills for1 or 2 minutes, and you'll see what i mean. THR is very important here.
