How To Position Your Body While Riding a Road Bike Video

On downhills, keep your body weight back to the rear of the bike; on uphills, keep your weight forward. When cornering, keep the outside leg extended and lean the bike to the inside.

help them overtake you by giving hand signal to let them pass if ahead is safe to do so.

otherwise just hand wave to wait and keep on maintaining you climbing pace.

where i lived their is a 100m steepish straight downhill, it was a lovely start to the journey but the problem was the corner at the bottom was quite sharp so i would only just make it around the corner without the tires slipping out (stupid road bike tires). i loved it really :)

What if I'm going uphill in a lane, and there are cars behind me. And it takes a lot of work for me to ride up the hill. Do I have the right to ride uphill on a lane when cars are behind me ? or Do I use the sidewalk ?
