You clearly didn't watch the video or you have no idea what the nuances of this legislation details with regards to his presentation. Also, this wont pay for "everyone's" tuition.

How exactly does cutting out the middle man in subsidized college loans and then using the saving to pay 95% toward the expansion of an already existing program increase taxes to the point of affordability?

Let's look at your logic more closely. If something is not a right simply because the government does not enforce or assist all the way, then something like gun ownership would not be a right. If gun ownership were a right, you wouldn't have to register it.

Hey, I'm just following your logic. I'm not suggesting that higher education is or is not a right, I'm simply criticizing your reasoning.
