Torture Chambers, Arbitrary, Racist 75% being held in Control units black, and hispanic. Also under minor offenses inmates can be left to rot in the units. The prison officials send inmates to the these units not a judge, and if they don't have mentalities upon leaving they do when the are transferred, if they live through it, and inmates are let back out in society direct from these units, with no counseling or mental evaluations.

We pay for Control Units, though~ that cost taxpayers millions every year, and they are not necessary. I say down with those too!

Note: cages 3&5 were cut and the c.o. tried to get joe to go into #4 cage. Joseph refused and saved himself from another potentially dangerous situation. As most of you know when the cages are pre-cut...it allows other enemy inmates to easily get into joseph's cage.
