I went to A Day Out With Thomas when I was little it was great fun but like with all Days Out With Thomas I wish the trains looked like the Thomas trains they are supposed to be for example in this clip Spencer is Black in the series he is Silver & his face lokks like Mavis & Percy looks like one of the trains from the Narrow Gauge Railway & the trains they use for Thomas are too long most of the time

But they could make one that they take to all the different railways

@powerstar09 I am told there are about 6 different Thomas Tank engines in the UK. They are rented out, sometimes to the USA. They are all modified shunting engines which don't quite match the story book version. A new engine made from scratch would be very expensive.

@KINGANDCASTLE There's another problem. The TT copyright owners have their own theme park at Drayton Manor. They don't like other organizations diverting potential visitors, so they would not co operate with such a scheme.

Oh well at the end of the day its made for the kids & if they enjoy it hey who am I to complain I enjoyed when I went when I was about 5 I geuss because im older now I want them to look more like the models in the series instead of a engine with a face slapped on the front
