Join us as we look at a new tour of Hogsmeade Village at the new Harry Potter park Universal Orlando.

The Harry Potter park site recently added a virtual tour of Hogsmeade Village in the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter park with great views of Honeydukes, Zonko's, the Dragon Challenge, Ollivanders Wand Shop, Dervish & Banges, and the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride.

The Harry Potter park mini-site at Universal Orlando has added a virtual tour of Hogsmeade Village. We took a little video of the tour, so come along and join us for the fun.

Along the way, you'll get to see Honeydukes, Ollivanders, the Dragon Challenge, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and more parts of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter park.

Along the way, you do get to see one of the street carts that will be selling the Butter Beer that we glimpsed in one of our previous videos! I can't wait to purchase a mug of Butter Beer from the barrel cart on the street!

The video gives you a good view of the storefronts and allows you to enter various stores for more information.

Visit Ollivander's Wand Shop, Honeydukes, Zonko's Joke Shop, and more on these tours of the Hogsmeade Village at the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter park! Some videos give you more detailed tours than other ones.

Go inside the Three Broomsticks restaurant, the Owl Post, and Dervish and Banges (that's now sold out of their very expensive brooms, we hear). You do get a pretty good look at some of the merchandise available, including the brooms, sneakoscopes, remembralls, and more.

Some of it looks a bit cheesy and some of it looks amazing (like the brooms!). I'm curious as to how Universal plans to maintain an entire shop filled with just candy (Honeydukes), as well as others with merchandise, cheap toys, and so on. I know when we built Lost Continent, we built a bunch of stores -- most of which are now closed because there just wasn't enough business for all the "trinkets" in them. Some of these shops look like they may have the same issues, although they have great theming and the story-line to help them out.

Just wandering around Hogsmeade Village at the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park can be an attraction on it's own!

Looking at the snow-capped roofs, peering in the windows of the various shops, taking in a show from the Beauxbaton Girls and Durmstrang Guys, the Hogwart's Frog Choir, or watching the conductor for the Hogwart's Express -- the show never stops in Hogsmeade.

Also, there's a few carts and kiosks where you can get Butterbeer and pumpkin juice. The Owlery offers a welcome respite from the Florida sun with shade and fans.

  • Damn they need to built one in the UK! What about the people in Europe? _0_

  • @vidcam123 They give you a good show along with the purchase- Especially if you're picked as the volunteer. Don't expect to choose your wand, The wand chooses you.

  • @DestinationsFlorida I knew they wouldn't be cheap. My brother just got some, but that's not bad for theme park prices really. I paid at least $20 or close to that in 1985 for a Grad Nite stuffed animal at Disneyland- just because it had a felt cap and pin. That's rather cheap and they give you a good show along with the purchase- Especially if you're picked as the volunteer. Don't expect to choose your wand, The wand chooses you.

  • i wanna go there but u gotta b richa dn then id buy a wand and send the tran back 2 9 and 3 quarter's :)
