@classicjukebox You evolved in a matter of nine months. There's the first one. The second one is a rather interesting little moth. The moths were camouflaged in order to hide from predators-- They had gray and white wings. During the industrialization; ash began falling on the tress. The moths with the color closest to the ash were less likely to be picked out and eaten. They passed on those genes-- And now that specific moth is that, almost solid, color. Peppered Moths.

@classicjukebox Yes we are intellectual free thinkers and the main reason is because we ACCEPT the state of not knowing. There is a huge difference between simply saying "I don't know" and putting a god into everything we don't know. Just because we're not sure of how the universe began doesn't mean we should jump the gun and put God in as the answer. Admitting that you don't know puts you 50 IQ points higher than the religious people because we have incentive to find the answer.

If evolution were true, you could examine groups of any living species, tranquilize them, and find some with visible and significant mutations. You could then take a camera, and photograph these and document them. You could then tag those animals and then examine their offspring to see if the mutation is there also. But you don't. You hide behind textbooks.

You claim to be intellectuals, free thinkers, and even take the sacred words like "science" and "facts" and "biology" and infect them with your mental disorders. The most basic truth of logic is that you cannot get something from nothing. Evolution fails to even present a theory that begins with that first step. Furthermore, you cannot prove now in real time any proof of this theory being true. Finally, You fail to even use your own brain.
