  • @riedstep when your hanging on an overhang like a crab, your core muscles are what keep your butt in against the wall and stop you putting excess strain on your arms dude :)

  • I'm sorry but with facial hair like that, i'm not going to listen to you

  • @riedstep you use your core you just dont realize it, if you didnt youd be flopping around by your arms. Core and hips is where all of your stability comes from and if youre trying to tell me thats not important then its obvious you dont climb.

  • I still don't see why everyone says rock climbing is about core strength. I don't use my core at all. I mean I have a six pack already so maybe I would suck if I didn't have one. I use my arms waaaaay more. Mainly my forearms. Sometimes my back.

  • i live in arvada, CO 20 minutes south of boulder on the front range. cant wait till i get good enough to say good bye to indoors = D

  • @olelr92 yea but your suggesting something that builds mass and strength

  • @olelr92 high rep low weight builds stamina in your muscles

  • @olelr92 actualy low weight with high repution is better because it increases your muscle endurence

  • Weight lifting with high rep and low weight? The only reason a climber should lift weights is to recruit muscle fibers. Then low rep (3-5) and high weight is the right approach.

  • Dude might be an expert climber but he can't host a video for $^#%.
