Understanding the OSI Reference Model by Cisco Systems & presented by Eric Jefferson who does a Great job of explaining the OSI Model !
Unfortunately I have not been able to locate Part 2 of this Training Series. If any locates it let me know and I'll post it along with this one.

Data Link -Frames
Network - Packets
Transport - Segments
Session - Data
Presentation - Data
Application - Data

I am unable to locate part two of this series. This is a CISCO production, not my own. If any one else can locate part two let me know and I will Gladly add it. There is still plenty to gain from part one...enjoy!
