Probably the most extreme pain I've had! Some parts were ok but on the whole it was pretty excruciating, especiall around the sternum. I kept getting the shakes! Good luck if you're planning on getting one :)

As for cooking, it usually ends in disaster but if I recall, that meal was some kind of success, i.e. not burnt! :)

i hear that.. the sternum KILLS... my chest piece took about 16 hours. I will never forget the feeling of getting the color done on my sternum.
