My nightmare tennants

I rented my house out 6 months ago and this is what I got back. I have to wear a HazMat suit just to go in and up until a week ago, people lived in this willingly. Six months ago you could have eaten off the floors. Now the floors need to be torn out.

The sad thing is, this is after they moved their things out! It makes you wonder what their furniture looked like. And they are probably still using it! Hopefully no other landlord will have to put up with this. Word is spreading far! I got this off my facebook and I live in Illinois. I reposted it so all my friends and family in ON will know! Not sure what the laws are like in Canada about naming names, but Landlords deserve to know who these people are.

@pinknik176 Illinois? Holy buckets!!! That's good because it is not just here in Sault Ste Marie Ontario where this kind of behavior goes on. It's disgracefull the way that these people lived. Word is also spreading fast here. Pass the word on to every person you know that rents property. Even those who don't. The line must be drawn here. I am really hoping that I'm the last person they do this to.

My gawd, do these retards have children?? i saw toys and childrens items, so i'm assuming they do. they shouldn't be allowed to have kids living with them, let alone any animals. f*n pigs.....barf.

I feel really bad about your home, but just wondering if you put in a formal complaint or anything about them regarding their animals. I am an animal lover, and to house pets in those circumstances is abuse and these people should no longer be allowed to own animals. The diseases and fumes that feces and urine give off in that quantity is enough to make the other animals and humans terribly ill.

@MrJaimieT Oh I.C. JT...I was just pointing that out to cleo to go take a look at that other house, in case he/she had any doubts instead of calling you a slum lord...But, I guess if cleo's one of the offenders, then they already know what they've done to that place as well...

@soobear75 Hey! Turns out that this is one of "The Offenders". People in The Group have been like P.I.'s. They have figured out who they are and where they live now. Me? I have no desire to go by where they live now. I'm concentrating on cleaning up where they've already been.

I don't know James T personally - in fact I don't know him at all, but check out the other house they did this to on Nixon Rd!!!! I has a blue condemned tag on the front door...Then tell me that them letting the 12 pets shit all over the place, and the 20 garbage bags pilled up in the corner is the landlords fault!!!! Try wlk'g into that house - go with out a mask, u'll c more clearly!!!

@Steph1984able Hey Steph.. FYI -this is the second house they've done this to!! The first house they lived in is on my street (and a nice neighbourhood), and it was a beautiful, big home!! When the bank repo'd it, they had to condemn it!! The clean-up crew could not walk in without wearing masks ..When I walk the dog down the street past it on a hot day, you can smell the house, and it's at least 75-100 feet set back from the roadway!! Do you still think this man is putting a "spin" on it now!!
