MJ Tribute Dedication Poem "32 Songs"

This is a poem that I wrote on June 30th 2009 to honor the late and GREAT Mr. Michael Jackson... I am not a writer but something inside made me want to do this. This is straight from my heart so I want to share this moment with others and YouTube viewers. So PLEASE DON'T STEAL THIS! for this poem is originally written by me! In this poem 32 songs are being mentioned. My goal is to try to make a poem with every one of his songs. So that will take some time! So please everyone tell me what u think or like sister Janet will say "Feedback"! lol :-)




"Words can't even express on how I feel...I feel like I'm in a nightmare and in a need to wake up! This world will never be the same without you!" - Jessica W.


As we "Remember the Times" while you were here with us
And all the many lives and hearts you touched;
Words cannot even begin to describe, but in our lives you're one of a kind;
And best believe you gave the whole world "Butterflies"!

"Never Can We Say Goodbye" and "We'll Never Stop Loving You";
For this is not a time to cry over his death but a time to celebrate his breakthrough!
No more will he have to suffer and no more sadness will he keep inside,
For he will always be loved and adored worldwide.

I call this a breakthrough;
Because he has a better life,
No more grief and no more dealing with strife.

In my eyes you'll always be "Invincible";
And always be my "Smooth Criminal"!
It's just so hard to except the fact that you're not here;
You're family will always be in my heart & in my prayers!

I just hope the family will know that...
"They are not alone, We are here for them, Though He may seem far away but forever in our hearts,
He'll stay!"

I will always remember you as being the "Dancing Machine" and being more than just being "Bad"
You were "Dangerous" and a "Thriller" because you gave so many of us chills.

I will always "Rock with You" and never "Stop Till I Get Enough"!
Just so hard to know that your gone;
It's just so rough!

"Gone too Soon" everyone says
And I know all will agree when I say "We Wanna Be Where You Are!"
Because you're in a better place.

You taught us a lot of things, starting with our "ABC's";
And how it was easy as 123.

You taught us how to "Beat It" when things got rough and tough.

You taught us to just tell people it's "Human Nature" when others couldn't understand us;
Or the way we feel at times.

You taught us how to "Look in the mirror and make a change";
Most importantly, You showed us that "We Are the World"
And "Make it A Better Place for You and for Me"!

I learned how to "Live Life Off the Wall" when the world can get on my shoulders;
And to give "One More Chance At Love".

I don't think people know "The Way You Make Me Feel";
You will always be more than "Just Another Part of Me"!

You are and always will be loved by many;
"Black or White"!

You will always remain "Unbreakable" ;
And be known as the only entertainer that can "Rock My World"!

All of your inspiration and music will not be kept "In the Closet";
But in my heart!

I will "Jam" to your music like no other man has ever jammed before;
That's just my way to show how much you are adored.

I know the whole world will agree with me when I say "We Want YOU Back"!;
But God took one of his angels,
And a Angel you truly are!

I just hope I get to meet you once I get up there;
Man! I just "Got To Be There"!

Well for now your family and fans will hold it down for you;
And try to remain strong,
Rest In Peace Michael Jackson aka The King of Pop;

yes, u r so right. it's just hard to accept MJ not here, but He is always in our heart, right?! The poem is touching, really. I wish i can do something for Him, but i dont have that kind of talent. so, i just try to draw as much attention as i can for His Nobel Peace Prize. i hope u can do that too, can't u?^_^

Wow ... That was awesome JStarr!!! Thanks for sharing with us. Michael, you are truly missed. Its still surreal to me. Everytime I see something about him, it makes me say "This doesn't seem real!" Just like you say JStarr, he is in a better place. I wish we could have had him longer but God knows best. He suffered so much and God said "He would not put more on you than you can bear." Great poem! :)

its 4.13am on fri 4th sept, and im sat watching the funeral of michael joseph jackson, and tue to what he believed in , he is sharing himself with the world right to the very end. this man was truly an inspiration to everybody ,thank you, thank you, thank you, your music and talent will never ever die, may you bless generations to come. gone to soon but never forgotten, rest i peace our man in the mirror, good night, god bless xxx
