  • @areyu93 why don't you choose your words more wisely and dont be such a disrespectful twit. Being gay or a woman has NOTHING to do with the intensity of a workout. CLEARLY these are workouts for low intensity training which being that America is so overweight, lots of beginners need them. Use your brain and show some respect or make your own videos if its such a problem

  • Excellent! I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks with no gym access and am only packing a resistance band for workouts. This should help keep me in good shape

  • I'm not sure if there's anything in my flat I can use as a pole. Can I use my foot/feet for some of the excises or is that not the same effect?

  • hey mate. just wondered if you need to do the exercises in the order in the video or can you mix it up?

  • I can't' find any resistance bands like the ones you're using. The one I've encountered feel like they're made of cheap material.

    Also, how many times a week should I be doing this? Everyday, every 3 days?
