Testrun torpedosystem

This test showed that the concept works, i only have to ajust one of the lower doors, then i'll be ready to try a run in the wild.

the fireing mechanism is a simple spring or what are u using? I noticed that the torpedo leaves right after te door opens, which might mean that te torpedo is pushed against a spring after which the door is closed, so that the torp is launched when the doors open. Am I right or are u using another system?

@porsjuh, You are right about the springsystem, to see how it's really working search for the other vid i made during testing it on the dry in the shop.

IMpressive - if you could get counter rotating props you're accuracy would be improved immensely!

@scottturchin I agree with you about the counterrotating props, but with this size it will take to much weight, if they were bigger i would give it a try.

@DaBoogie049 Die masstab ist 1:35, das gibt ein lange von etwas 2 meter, gesamt gewicht ist 17 kg.

Can't you just use a tube with some baking soda packed in there? It will react with the water a push it along nicely.
