Basically got to be in near-death.. but the chances of it being done is very low.

In fact, it's so low I never saw it when I played the JPN version on the Super Famicom many years ago... but later when I played the ENG version when it was released here.

The game that deserves a remake the most is the one often overlooked. C'mon Square, ditch ff14 and put all the money from that into an FF6 remake. Good thing this is most likely coming to the PSN in the near future though.

ZOMFG, i remember once, all my party got almost wiped out by this electric boss whelk inside a chest after fighting it for like half hour (i dont remember what part of the game it was.) i only had Setzer left with 1 HP, so i was like "FK this shet! Its over!" and i just pressed FIGHT then BAM "Red Card" 9999 dmg! The boss died at that critical moment.

I was like "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFK­KK YEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!"

I've played and beaten final fantasy 6 at least 10 times, and I've never once came across a desperation attack haha.

I saw Celes' limit when I was a kid in middle school... I had no idea what it was when it happened, how to reproduce it, and what the hell happened... I hadn't seen it again till I saw this video some 10-15?+ years later... Crazy stuff.

I've only seen Setzer's Red Card while fighting the Goddess. It was amazing when I saw it, not to mention finishing her. I was looking forward to Shadow's desperation attack, though.
