God, I feel sorry for him. Bad enough having to make this crap look good, but also having to listen to old ladies drone on and on about nothing. The idea of a person having NOTHING better to do than just watch QVC all day is really, really depressing.
You know, I'm not sure the caller was an old lady. I thought it even might be a guy. The caller's name is "Lee;" that could go either way. But you're right about having to sell this crap... what a nightmare.
