I felt a presence of peace of mind and a feeling of lightness about me as I blessed other people and forgave those who have hurt me. I felt all worry, stress, and chatter leave as if I were swimming under water and my problems were above the water. I could breathe better. Loved the healing waves flowing over and into my body, taking away symptoms of illness that don't belong to me anymore.
