Why NOT to wear board shorts while squatting.

The 'POP!' at the bottom of the lift is the shorts splitting from seam to seam, exposing my buttocks to an unsuspecting gym.

  • nosebleeds, shits or splitting pants is never an excuse not to do a lift.

    I found a spare pair of shorts in my car and squatted the 400lb (not very well), but totally forgot about the clip until I cleared out my Bluetooth folder last week.

  • Big deal, you shouldn't had stoped your set/rep for that.

  • Having a cool breeze suddenly waft into your anus is the LAST thing you want when you're squatting heavy.

  • i once farted at the bottom of a heavy squat. i finished my rep, then looked around to see if anyone had noticed. luckily, every person within my vicinity had their headphones on. WHEW.
