Has a nice Jazzy smokey vibe- still can't beat Doris Day's version!

May 11, 1937 session led by Teddy Wilson, piano with Lester Young, tenor sax, and Buck Clayton, trumpet, from Count Basie's band on solos. Fills behind Billie are by Johnny Hodges on alto from Duke Ellington's band. Like many Wilson sessions, this was an integrated band with white players, Allen Reuss, guitar, and Artie Bernstein, string bass, from Benny Goodman joining black drummer Cozy Cole from Cab Calloway. Great group of musicians and an absolutely classic recording
