How to mute Heroic Atramedes

Several days ago in the first night attempting Heroic Atramedes, we found a serious bug/exploitation in the encounter that can greatly reduce the difficulty. We contacted the GM and sent emails to Blizzard (Unfortunately, WoW hasn't been bound to the battle.net in the region of Taiwan yet so we don't have access to the official bug report forum) but got no serious reply except some templates. So we decide to reveal it to the community now.

As can be seen in the video:

1) Atramdes' skill Modulation can be totally ignored in certain areas, e.g., behind the wall nearby the entrance.

2) Those disks from Sonar Pulse will rebound rather than pass through the wall, which makes them ignorable for players behind the wall.

3) Atramdes will stop casting Sonic Breath if the target is not in his sight (e.g., behind the wall) so this skill can be ignored as well.

In brief, this encounter can be easily exploited by hiding behind the wall nearby the entrance (or any other similar locations), which we believe is not an intended strategy one could use to beat the encounter.

We would really appreciate if Blizzard could fix this bug/exploitation as soon as possible and take actions to those players who have exploited this encounter and killed the boss illegally.


2. About using bug/exploitation in the race

As one of the oldest PFU guilds, we had bad memories on exploitations years ago and still feel uncomfortable about what happened in the Heoric Anub'arak encounter. We love World First but don't want to abuse it this way. We hope other top guilds who respect the race and compete with honor could share this dignity with us.

Once again, we also sincerely hope Blizzard can give 5 million Chinese-speaking WoW players a beta/PTR server. WE CAN HELP. Many of these problems could be fixed before going live if we were there.

i laughed when i see.. when people actual use a bugg to kill a boss on heroic mode to make it easier.. but i got say it took mine guild 45min to make it to a clean kill with mean.. from start till 45min we never had exp with it before we killed it, most easiest heroic boss you will ever see
