Mr. Walkie Talkie - Be My Boogie Woogie Baby 1976

Mr. Walkie Talkie was incredibly popular in middle and south Europe.
In the 70s boring Denmark, there was only one radio channel which is not often played pop music. when they did, it was always the same artists from the UK or the U.S.
I came from the southern part of Denmark and was dominated by music from the Dutch and German charts.
One warm summer evening, I had to Copenhagen to play DJ for a big party. It was downtown in 2 minutes walking time to the main station. The windows were open and at no time was there party in the street.
Mr. Walkie Talkie was not known in Copenhagen, but it was during the night where I had to play them over and over.
A strange but fun night as I often think of when I played Mr. Walkie Talkies Today
