Its called tactics, and that wasnt everything we did, + if i casted a spell on someone, they would be dead before the spell was done charging ;)

1) in Sony Vegas go to project-->properties and set template to HDV 720-30p
2) The best option is to fraps in 1280x720 resolution (or other with 720 height) because if you have clips in other size, Vegas will adjust it and you lose some quality.
3) Compression:
install K-lite codec pack (google "k lite codec pack") so you can use MPEG-4 compression (for .avi files). In rendering window go to 'custom'-->video and choose video format 'Xvid MPEG-4 Codec'. Use frame size HDV 720-30p.
