  • The Yellow Kettlebells are 16kg/35lb, Blue is 12lg/26lb. We think most of the women in this video have been training for less than a year.

  • an excellent start for strong girls

  • Its actually the opposite when talking about lower back and neck injuries. If you have a strong posterior chain like these ladies obviously have you never worry about lowerr back pain. Neck aswell. A proper warmup and there is nothing to worry about. People who do get pain from snatches 99% of the time as doing them wrong and not doing any soft tissue work with things like foam rollers.

    Very impressive snatch form.

  • Your an idiot, done with right form there is no negative pressure on your lower back. Dumbass

  • moron

  • kettlebells are awesome. So good ofr your lower back and hip stability. I do them to supplement my powerlifting.

  • so its an exercise that constantly adds stress to the lower back? oh awesome

  • Not at all.

  • You have ten minutes to do all your reps in each event in the snatch(swing the bell from arms length to overhead, locked position) and jerk(overhead push) .

Minimum of 1/2 hour between events.

Ther's also a single event called Long Cycle Clean and Jerk where the bell(or bells) must be dropped back down to arms length after each overhead push, brought again to the chest, and re-pushed(jerked) overhead.

    Got all that? ;-)

  • What are the rules of this competition?
