Theatre Downtown - Angels In America: Millennium Approaches (June 9-25)

Theatre Downtown is proud to present part one of Tony Kushner's Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece. Set in mid-1980's New York, the show centers on two couples and how their relationships are tested by the rising AIDS epidemic, political unrest and Reaganomics. The show was hugely successful on Broadway and was turned into a major motion picture starring Meryl Streep and Al Pacino. We will present part two of this epic in August. This production features nudity.

June 9-11, 16-18 & 23-25, 2011 with performances Thursday-Saturday nights at 7:30pm. Admission is $17 for adults ($15 online) and $10 for seniors and students. Opening night is Hobo Night (pay what you can afford with a $7 minimum).
