So, technically, they both mean the same thing. You could also use trollop, floozy, vamp, or slut. But, they all refer to sexual promiscuity in general, but, yes, ho and whore carry more specific connotations of prostitution.

You know he would... who do you think influenced Jiraiya? I'm surprised people actually responded negatively to such a lighthearted joke, though. Probably Sakura fanboys/girls... 's funny, 'cause she's actually one of my favorite characters.
