  • Emotional intelligence, gut feeling - the world is hugely influenced by these things and we need to understand them as leaders, in order to connect with the passions other people have and to influence them. I agree that emotions can often be irrational, and lead to terrible things, but decisions based only on data are robotic and also (as history shows) often wrong, because they do not factor in possible emotional reactions of others.

  • complete idiotic nonsense

  • All the points have been discussed at great length. Excellent video.

  • Discovered in the 21stC: The Underlying Law of Nature.

The underlying law of nature may be the world's most useful, profitable and encouraging knowledge.

The top 3 General Characteristics of The underlying law of nature are:

#1. The Way of All Things

#2. The Basis of All Laws and Principles

#3. The Basis of All Health, Growth, Efficacy and Efficiency

Google it – as a start.

The empirical process for identifying the underlying law of nature was discovered in 2008. Soon we may all do so.

  • Dangerous way of dealing with things!! While it's true that intuition is there because of evolution, 'gut feeling' is often wrong and decisions made based on that are the leading cause of racism and discrimination in society - people tend to have a positive 'gut feeling' with the blond guy called Simon and are less sure about the perhaps much more competent and successful Arujinov.

  • i agree with this dude. Emotional intelligence is more like your intuition because even though you CANNOT explain things now, you will be able to later on. Yeah you gotta be smart with both sides of your brain. haha.

  • Very underused ability and misunderstood. The Indian Guy thinks its the body :)
