This is us playing at Tanz Cafe in South Africa. We were the opening act for Louise Carver that night.
We made some great new fans who have now become good friends and we sold a couple of CDs. Not bad for a night's work! This song is called GreekIrish pronounced like Liquorice... When I wrote it, I thought it sounded kinda Irish-like. Then when I played it to Ami she said it sounded Greek to her. So I called it GreekIrish. Now the other night we played it and someone said they thought it had a Spanish feel to it. What now? Maybe I should call it the "Mediterranean song of Doubtful Ancestry" or something... What do you think?
